These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and the concierge IV therapy and wellness services (the “Services”) provided by IVY Coastal Wellness (“IVY Coastal Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Health Screening

You must be at least 18 years old to book Services for yourself. Services for minors must be arranged and consented to by a parent or legal guardian. All clients must complete a health intake, and our registered nurses may decline or modify a service based on clinical judgment or safety considerations.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical Care

Our Services are wellness services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care. 3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellations

• Appointments are booked through our website, by phone, or by text.
• Payment is due as described at booking. We accept major credit cards and, where applicable, HSA/FSA cards.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
• Pricing and service availability may change without notice.

4. Assumption of Risk and Consent

As with any wellness or medical-related service, there are inherent risks. Before treatment, you will be asked to review and provide informed consent. By receiving Services, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to IVY Coastal Wellness and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
